My Mistake #3-Your tools are useless if you don't use them

I have many tools that I have purchased over the years. They are lying around the house, or nestled in their drawers and boxes waiting to be use to their potential. I shudder to think of all the scrapbooking tools I have bought over the years. But I digress.
Last night after three hours of meetings I was tired and weak to my late night cravings. I have a tool designed just for these times of weakness. Did I use my Munchie Buddie? No!! I left her tucked away in my computer waiting to be used. What's that you ask? See my previous post.
As a result, I made the road towards being healthy harder. I ate a late night snack, where by allowing my bad habit to continue. I feel ashamed that I did it knowing I have a tool available to me and I didn't use it. Folks don't make the same mistake I did...use your tools the way they are designed. They are there to help you toward your goal. After all you wouldn't try to run a 5k in ballet shoes right? Or forget to put your groceries in a bag to carry them into the house.
so....much.....to....learn...but....I'll get there.
