    Wow! My profile pic is me about 5 years ago, to motivate me to get back down to that size. I've gained about 20 pounds since then, and it's time for it to go away.

    :blushing: lol thanks but for people new to mfp or p90x results do and can happen to normal food loving people who want to make the change for the better ! the results are from # 1 mfp and changing eating habits # 2 exercise # now :love: p90x :drinker:
