hi , my name is Joanne and I want to lose weight for my health...not saying that being thinner isn't a draw too. haha! However being thinner for my health will help me so much. The thing I need to remember is for every 10 pounds I lose, thats one bag of flour or sugar less to carry around. I intend to do it in 10 pound amounts so it seems do-able...saying I want to lose 50 pounds is realistic however seems daunting whereas 10 pounds at a time seems possible. I think you just need positive words and thoughts to do this.
