so i tried the salt water flush b/c i was constipated for a whole week so i was desperate.
it didn't work like it was supposed to i don't think. TMI WARNING it did make me go a large #2 but i don't think that the solution of saltwater came out the way it was supposed to (though your behind)
and i weighed myself this morning the day after i did that and i was 107. is it possible that it was water retention? how much is water retention... i was so glad a few days ago that i was at my goal range of 102-105 but now i am not.
i also need help with getting rid of the water retention quickly! if it is even water retention? so anyone please share some tricks that will make it go away quickly. in time for my next weigh in on sunday... hopefully i weigh 105 or less.... cross your fingers! then i can finally start maintaining

Do not weigh yourself every day if you want to see the same number. Your weight will fluctuate from day to day, by as much as 2-5 lbs depending on how much water you retain. It's normal and we all have it happen. Don't do any flushes or anything like that, just drink your normal, healthy amount of water and stay off of the scale. You can't gain that much weight in a day. it takes3,500 calories to gain a pound. As long as you are eating your maintenance calories you'll maintain.0 -
Just drink plain water, and lots of it.
And, don't do the salt water flush again. It's not healthy or safe.0
