Need help balancing Cardio & Strength

Hi! I'm 26, 138lbs, and I am both working out and dieting currently. I have been loosing weight, but I'm afraid that I'm not doing enough strength workouts. For example, this week, I have had 2 - 60 minute volleyball games, 20 minutes of running, 60 minutes of BodyAttack, and 60 minutes of BodyPump. Is this enough strength? What would be a good ratio between strength and cardio?

    I'm seriously not meaning for this to come off rude or snotty or anything like that. It's not really any strength.

    While those videos can be great exercise, I don't feel they are true strength training.
