I watched this video: http://www.wimp.com/womangym/ and it inspired me to do the same. Using a website www.giveit100.com you can video log your journey of 100 days to some goal. I've decided to do a journey to lose inches (not pounds) and to lose 1 clothing size. Just promise to post a 10-second video of yourself every day for 100 days.
