Newbie needing help!

Hi all,
My name is Lauren, and I'm 26 years old. I am 6' tall and am starting out at 189 lbs. I do have a very hourglass figure and am very athletic so people in real life don't understand why I want to lose weight, so it's nice to have an outlet.

I used to be anorexic/bulemic and weighed at my lowest 148, about 5 years ago. It sounds like a lot, but you could count my ribs and see my vertebrae. I hovered in the 150s for a while and then steadily since I've gotten married I've put on the weight. Grad school doesn't help either.

I'm hoping to use this app in order to lose weight the right way, instead of the very, very wrong way. I'm worried about slipping into terrible habits again, but I'm willing to try this out. I'm hoping to get back to about 165, or a US size 8. That's what the majority of my clothes are, and it makes me sad that they no longer fit I'm a 10-12 now, so not so far off hopefully.
