Hi everyone, my name is Di, this is not the first time I have been here, but this time I have wiped every thing clean and started again - new name, new goals.... I aim to get fit..... my fitness levels are at a all time low at the moment, so I am taking things really slow and hoping to build it up, to a point I would like to be able to run....

So I have joined a local gym, and started a healthy eating, I don't consider it a diet, because I aim to change the way I eat and live.

So if anyone can give me some advice, tips or hints...... or you just wanna be my friend please feel free to add me
