Sudden alcohol taste aversion?

I've been on MFP since January 2, and have been eating extremely clean and haven't had a drink since New Years eve. Additionally working out 6x week. I went out the other night and ordered my favorite Tito's and soda with a lime and it tasted horrible. I sent it back, and the second one was just as bad. I had a friend try it and there was nothing wrong with the drink. I thought I was losing it so I tried a Grey Goose, that was barely palatable. Both drinks were extremely bitter. Anyone experience this? I love a good cocktail every-now-and-then and this just blows my mind. I'm glad to be saving the calories but I'm Irish for the Gods' sake.

I cut alcohol out of my diet on my last birthday, 1st September last year. I had absolutely no beer until Christmas eve. I must admit the thought of a cold beer actually turned out to be better than the taste!
I have lost 11 kilos since then, mostly from cutting out beer, with sensible dieting and exercise. I no longer crave alcohol.
    Good luck!

I can't get the taste of it out of my mouth. I might have to give it up:/.

It's not for lack of love. My palate is fighting vodka for some reason.
