I run twice a day and lift weights. I burn around 900 calories a day. I only eat at night thats when all my calories come in. I seemed to gain weight, but I look and feel the same. How is it possible?

You're either eating more than you think you are, overestimating your calorie burns, or a bit of both.
How are you calculating your calorie intake? Do you log everyday, consistently and accurately? Do you weigh your food portions?
How do you calculate your calorie burns? Do you wear a HRM? Use MFP's database? Use machine's calculations? Typically a HRM will have a much better calorie estimate than MFP or the machines, which can be over inflated.
Look at these things more closely, and you'll find your answer.0
