5'6 trying to be 110 (needing pusing)

i am 5'6 at 155 pound and i want to 110 with a FLAT tummy i really need so help with pushing me cause i am lazy please if you can help add me (: (:

I absolutely agree with the above comment. At 5'6, you are not within a healthy BMI, if you are 110lbs. Granted, some women are naturally that weight at 5'6 -- they do not "make" themselves weight 110lbs... You should set your goals a little higher, something in a more healthy weight range like 120.
If you're looking for true motivation from people who are truly aspiring to be healthy, then I welcome you and wish you best. But if you're looking for unhealthy advice (and/or triggering ideas from those with unhealthy eating habits) then this is not the place.0 -
110 is pretty unhealthy. Probably want to be toned then lose weight. Same here girl! (i'm 5'6"also). If you want flat tummy and a nice weight number, replace some of the fat with muscle and do some strength training with your cardio. Pilates is your best friend. Good luck!0

imho, motivation needs to come from within you. But motivation doesn't have to be strong, just start and the motivation will build. Set goals, long, intermediate and short term. Reward yourself when you meet or exceed a short term goal. :-) What can also help is being accountable, let your family or FB family know what you are doing, take before pics, during pics and final pics and post, yes that's scary (lol). I would also suggest learning about exercise and nutrition (a little at a time).0 -
holy crap.. if you've gone through puberty i have a hard time believing you wouldnt be skin and bones at 110. i'm 5'5" and when i was 125 , i was a size 0 and looked like skeletor0
