Asian Noodles nutritional content - Help!

I eat pre-packaged ramen noodles about once a week, sometimes less often. This is a treat for me, and I don't normally eat processed foods like this. *But* I do not ever use the packets inside the package which have the flavorings, etc... What I'm wondering is if anybody has information on the calorie and nutritional content of *just* the hard brick of noodles.

The brand I usually eat is Nongshim Shin Ramyun Noodle Soup with the Korean writing on the package. I do eat other brands too, but none of them have the nutritional content separated. It is all assumed that it is eaten noodles + flavor package. I *hate* the flavor package and I use my own spices from my spice rack, but I really like the thin loopy noodles that come in the package!

I can definitely hold off on eating these noodles until I figure out a more accurate calorie content, but in my online research I haven't been able to find anything yet. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on this? Thanks :)
