Helix Lateral Trainer

Just got one of these in the small gym in my apartment complex. This is for your thighs, correct? Can anyone tell me if it works well? My thighs have always been my most hated body part, and I would love to target them if possible on top of anything running can do for me - just started the Couch to 5k program. Any info is most appreciated :)

    It doesn't target thigh fat, if that's what you're trying to do. We can't choose where we lose fat. For an explanation, google "spot reduction myth".

    Since you're already doing cardio (C25K), i would balance it with full-body strength training, not more cardio. NROLFW is a popular strength program.
