Hi!
Committing to use MFP to track my food intake which I can be pretty delusional about. In the NC area and just trying to get in the groove of things. I have what I think is a unique goal that a PT told me to try and that is to lose 1 pound a week for the next year. So no hard core going bananas changes here because I tend to always fail when I do that. Its actually not so stressful when you think in terms of "all I have to do is consistently lose exactly 1 pound." Would love to have some friends join me on this journey. My goal is to be down by 48 pounds by the end of the year!

Thanks so much! I guess the main key for me is consistency... my biggest struggle with many things.0
