I am new to this, I live in New Zealand and would like to support and have support from others here. I am wanting to lose weight, probably about 15 kgs (2 stone).
I am guessing the about my weight, but I know it is about 2 dress sizes. I tend not to get too much hung up on the number on the scales but go more on what my clothes tell me and what I can see in the mirror.
I also am keen to have people added to my friend list regardless of where they live in the world.
If there is any weight loss challenges I may be keen to go on one of them.
I have made a major lifestyle change and have committed to going to the gym 3 times a week, regardless of what I have eaten or what I feel. I have been doing this for about 4 months or so and have lost about 6-7kgs last year.
So feel free to add me to your fiends list if I sound like the sort of person who could support you on your journey.
I also have learnt that loosing weight is about a lifestyle change and needing to recognise your triggers to eating, and how to deal with the triggers. For me, it was colouring in and talking to the inner child, but we are all different.
