Ready to get teh healthy!

Hello all!

I've spent this past summer enjoying way too much delicious (rich) food, and although I exercised most days, I've still piled on five pounds onto a weight that I should have already been working on.

I'm ready to get healthy, lose poundage, and feel better in my clothes.

I need all the support that I can get at this point since I'm always surrounded by temptations.
Weight loss has been a frustrating, frustrating experience...I want it to be better!
