After really struggling this summer, I am trying to get back on track. Journaling my food intake really helps! I have some specific health goals in mind, and I am praying for the strength! and willpower I need. I have Type II Diabetes, so for me, it is all about upping my fiber and lowering my carbs. Otherwise, my body feels like it is starving, and then I carb-load.
