    1. Lose 5 more lbs
    2. Run at least 3x a week - I have a 5K on the 26th
    3. Swim 2x a week
    4. Cycle at least 15 miles a week
    5. Do a Jillian workout at least once a week

    Wow - this looks pretty good. Think I'll print it out and put it on the fridge and next to my bed so I "remember" my goals. Ha ha!!
