Hey y'all since I'm new here... so I was wondering what are some of y'alls fitness routines? Like do you do a exercise video everyday or do you do abs on Monday, Legs on Tuesday, etc? Feel free to share! I'm looking for some inspiration since I'm just now starting my weight loss journey.
As of right now:
Monday: Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones: Ultimate Body Makeover
Tuesday: Free Choice of anything (1 hour of dancing, workouts found off Pinterest, etc)
Wednesday: Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Thursday: Free Choice of anything
Friday: Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones: Ultimate Body Makeover
Saturday: Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Sunday: Free Day unless I miss a day prior
As of right now:

Monday through Thursday I do workout videos (Insanity, P90x, Les Mills Combat, T25). I'm currently on the p90x3 program and lovin it!
On Fridays I go to an actual gym and run on a treadmill for about 30 mins and then spend 30 min on weight machines.
I go back to workout videos for the weekend unless my family goes hiking or mountain climbing.0
