Greek Parfait

Ingredients:
4-6 oz. fat free vanilla greek yogurt (or plain mixed with a little honey)
1/3 cup barley
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup warm-hot water
3 medium strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blackberries
optional: sliced almonds, cinnamon, blueberries
Directions: in a bowl, combine water, barely, and oats (optional: add dash of cinnamon). microwave for 20-25 seconds and let stand until mostly cool. in a parfait glass, alternate layering the oat mixture with yogurt and berries. (optional: top with sliced almonds)
Makes a large breakfast serving for all around 370 calories. enjoy!
