This is my first full day using myfitnesspal, and I absolutely love it, it is so user friendly and fun to use.
I actually work as an exercise specialist as a hospital, exercise is a passion and hobby of mine. My diet and lack of weight loss is what is motivating me to use this site. I am very disciplined in my workouts, not so disciplined in what I put in my mouth.
I am using this as a tool to spot dietary patterns that could be hindering my health and fitness goals, as well as a weight loss motivator.
I am starting out at 141.5 pounds and would like to get down to 130 pounds, 0r 16% body fat percentage, whichever comes first. I am currently at 22% body fat. I feel that with this program I can easily reach that goal as long as I am DISCIPLINED and stick with it, so it can keep my accountable.
Hopefully it won't be too hard to stick with, since I am a numbers person, I LOVE seeing all of the data. Here we go!
