I am new to this site, I signed in about a month ago, but have not done much with the site or myself. I need to get motivated, if I could see some progress, it would help me. Any sugestions????:brokenheart:

    Hi. I'm a mother of 3 women and a grandmother of a boy and girl myself! I too have ALWAYS been on a diet. Now, I'm thinking of it as eating NORMAL and having a meal once a week or so of indulgence. I have been on here for a week or so and I absolutely love it. My suggestion would be to get some friends, get on the site every day, and log all your food every day. Every morsel that goes in you mouth get's written down. Mostly though, view the site several times a day. Comment on other's accomplishments and put in your own. I'll send you a friend request. Let's encourage each other.
