Someone please tell me why this has to be so friggin difficult for me to grasp!?! All week I have eaten good pretty much between 1,500 to 1,700 calories per day and working out burning about 500 or a little more. Last Saturday the scale said 131.6 three days ago the scale says 134.2 this morning it still says 134.2 Now should I assume it's just bloat or water weight gain?
I am totally eating less than I was a couple of months ago so you would have thought there would be some results?? Should I just not worry about it and focus on another week of eating this amount and seeing if there is change?
A little back story. 6 years ago I was 199 lbs and am now 134.6 so it's been slow and steady to lose this weight.
I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and go to Curves Monday through Friday for an hour. I use a Polar FT4 to find my calories burned. My diary is open for constructive criticism :-)

Just a quick look at your diary and I would say sodium. Cut back to 1500 - 2000 (probably the lower end) and that should help.0 -

^^^Agree with the sodium. You might also start tracking potassium as it impacts fluid retention as well.0 -
Patience. Weight can vary up to 5 pounds a day. Also it's not linear as your body doesn't know the difference between one week and the next. Just have a little patience and if nothing moves in a few weeks then review. Also you don't have much weight to lose so it will be slow progress anyway0

After I posted this I did look at my sodium for the past few days and Yes, it was way over! So I suppose my post was premature!!
I will look at focusing on that macro for a while and see what happens.
I really don't have much to lose and basically is looking for maybe 5 lbs left to lose and tone up! I should not freak out so much!!
Thank you everyone!0
