Hello, newbie to MFP

Hi,

I am new to MFP but not new to working out or dieting. I don't have any issues with working out. I love to workout! The issue lies in what I eat. I actually started yesterday with tracking my food/calories. What a wake up call that was! Well, I am back on track now. I like that it is so easy to use this site. I am hoping that with help keep me on track. :smile:

    I am sure you will love this site, it makes it so easy and makes us aware of what we are eating. Just log in your food and exercise everyday, and stick with it. You can do it
