what percent of each should i be having? I am little confused and need help! :)

    While the most accurate answer depends, in part, on your personal fitness goals (lose weight? increase strength? recomposition?), the default settings on MFP are not a bad starting point. Just remember to treat the protein and fat numbers MFP gives you as minimums to hit, rather than limits to avoid breaching.

    Broadly depends on what you're wanting to achieve, your lifestyle and whether you have any conditions that lead to any sensitivities in this regard.

    Essentially you'll get responses advocating every variation given that the question is so broad.

    In my case I work very long days, and generally stay away for 2-3 nights per week. I run about 30Km pw and stick broadly to 50% Carb, 30% fats and 20% proteins.

    I eat very little meat.
