PSMF

I'm starting PSMF tomorrow. I attempted it earlier this year and quit not out of lack of discipline, but instead because I got frustrated trying to figure out what to eat. I'm hoping you all can help me. At my calculations, I should be getting 135g protein/day but no more than 900cals. I know egg whites, chicken breast, no-fat cottage cheese are all winners, as are very lean beef/fish but is there anything else I'm missing? Like would nonfat ricotta cheese be ok? I can't seem to plan out meals to meet the protein requirement without eating like a pound of chicken breast a day. Help please.
