Intro, looking for some MFP friends

Hello!
My name is Bethany and I weigh about 250 lbs and am hoping to get down to at least 150. I lost weight a couple years ago on medifast, I got down to about 170 and kept it off until I got pregnant and used that as a excuse to eat everything in sight. Now my daughter is almost a year old and I am heavier than I was just after she was born. I had put my weightloss on hold until now because I was breastfeeding and every time I tried eating at a deficit or really working out my supply dropped. I have now stopped breastfeeding (mostly, I still nurse her to sleep at night, but that is very minimal and she doesn't count on it for nutrition) and I am ready to lose this weight and feel better.
I am trying to eat around 1200-1300 net calories a day, and have been looking into iifym as a diet plan, but I am a little confused as to what I should set my macros to (currently have protein 35, fat 35, and carbs 30). I started logging my food and doing Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred abut 2 weeks ago (still on level 1 though) when my motivation was high, but now that is waning and I need some support to keep going.
If you have any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I am also looking for some friends for accountability.
