Didn't eat enough protein after workout?

Im.training to build glutes and yesterday was leg day. I had an intense workout and had a protei. Shake right after. However throughout the day, i only had 60-70 grams of protein and im supposed to have 95 (i weigh 95lbs)

will this prevent my muscles from growing bigger and recovering? can i make up for it by having more protein today?
