The truth will keep us smaller!

I am in such denial about my plan of attack for losing weight. I justify the things I do such as eating a bite of a candy bar and not recording it. Or telling myself " you don't have to record that, It's no big deal" and the more I keep telling myself that, the more I defeat my purpose of having a life without all this weight on it. So I am looking for people that has no problem telling the truth because the fact of the matter is " You shall no the truth and the truth will piss you off, but it will also, set you free.

Whew! Thanks for the warning... I will definitely stay away from the truth then...
Maybe what you meant is that the truth will keep us on track to achieve our goals, whatever those goals happen to be? 'Cause I'll drink to that. :drinker:0 -
Think about it this way: whether you write it down in your food log or not, your body logs every single calorie you eat.0

Funny this topic came up. I just started logging the bites of food I sneak in.I keep track of what I had as quick calories (25-50 calories a bite depending on what it is) and a food note of what exactly I ate.0

mmhhh just don't lie to yourself.... other people might be helpful or not, don't rely too heavily on them or you might end up in a mess!0
