Yummy Snack That Hits The Sweet Spot!

So I just finished a yummy Egg White wrap lunch and was still hungry and of course looking for something sweet. Well I had some Oikos Greek Vanilla Yogurt in the fridge and decided that would have to be good enough. It's the low fat stuff so only 190 calories in one whole cup.

I took a half cup of it and put it into an Ice Cream Shoppe dish. I was looking for something to add to it, and spotted my husband's fruity pebbles. I figured why not and sprinkled some dry cereal on top. It looked so yummy and cute even before I took a bite! It ended up being really satisfying because the crunchy sweet cereal mixed well with the tart vanilla yogurt.

And, with only a half cup of yogurt at 95 cals and some fruity pebbles, I estimated maybe 30-40 calories worth, it ended up being no more that 150 calories! :)
