Great customer service from Fitbit!

I just had to share the amazing customer service that I just experienced from Fitbit. I bought a Fitbit One after I had seen that it could work with MFP. I loved it but then in August I lost it. I kept hoping it would turn up in the lost & found at work but it never did. I was getting ready to go out and replace it… you know it being New Years resolution time and all. Someone mentioned to me that I should contact them first. That sounded crazy to me, because I lost it, it didn't break, I lost it. I just heard back from them that although it was past the 1yr warranty, they were making an exception and replacing it. REPLACING IT!!?! just like that! My new one will be here in a couple of days. I just wanted to spread the word, what a great experience!

    That is awesome!!!I have heard they have really good customer service. But that is a great surprise!!
