NEED HELP! info about my BMR

NOTE: LOTS OF MATH!

so i been reading around that a 1200 calorie diet is not recommended? well here is where i struggle

My BMR: 2133 Calories
i want to lose 2ish pounds per week
i burn about 500 calories per day by exercise (including saturday and sunday)
i wiegh 215 pounds and i am 5 feet 8 inches
im 20 years old

now i calculated my BMR by saying i dont exercise, to get more an accurate number.

MY Goal = in 6-7 months to lose 60 pounds! bringing me to (155 pounds)

MyFitnessPal tells me that i need to eat 1740 calories + the 500 i burn (2240 calories)

if i subtract 2133 -1740 = 393 calories + the 500 calories which = 893 x 7 = 6251 calories per week

now if i divide 6251 by 3500 calories (we all know 3500 = 1 pound) so that divides to 1.7 pounds, agian i want to lose 2 pounds to 2.5 per week.

so my decision was to go for a 1200 calories per day (now what's is wierd is that by doing so, i end up not being hungry)
the plan for now is a SLIMFAST diet, which i bought a 30 day supply of. (Bars, shake and mixes) and it also states to have a 500 calorie balanced meal which has been done by eating 6 times per day, (note: my habit before was eating 2-3 times a day and man, i think i was eating past 2300 calories w/ no exercise)

ANYWAY

by doing this 1200 calorie diet, which myfitnesspal says to consume 1740 which will make me lose 1.7 and now by adding 540 less, in other words

2133 (BMR) - 1200 (diet) = 933 + 500 calories (of exercise) = 1433

now if i was to multiply 1433 x 7 (days) = 10,031 calories per week which devides to 2.866 pounds per week (seems dangerous) BUT by eating this diet, 6 times per day, i aint getting hungry!

2.8 x 4 (weeks) = 11.2 pounds per month

now i also want to note! i am taking "Garcinia Camboigia" (was told that garcinia makes you feel full and blocks fat)

if anyone can help, that would be much appreciated, what i would like to know is, IF what im a doing safe, or should i change something? cause i dont want to be eating 1740 calories as i have learned that 1740 seems like a lot of foods when trying to diet haha!

ALSO ADD ME!!! :)

BMR is calories burned just to keep you alive .... what you would burn per day if laying in a coma. Your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is your BMR plus calories burned from normal activity.

If you're burning 500 calories per day with exercise in addition to your TDEE ... that in itself is good for about a pound per week weight loss. Eating 900 calories below your BMR without factoring your daily activity and exercise puts you on a crash diet which your body will probably not react to as you hope.

First figure your TDEE ... then add your exercise calories to your true daily caloric burn. Then calculate a deficit that brings you to your goal weight without failing to give your body what it needs to survive.
