ladies 5'5 success stories

I just started today and I would like to see photos of people that start near my weight. I weigh 141 lbs and I want to be at 115 lbs and toned. Seeing others would definitely motivate and inspire to reach that goal. Was wondering if any one would like to share a success story that is similar?

I joined Feb. 18, 2013 at 148 and reached 115 around August. Went from a size 10 to a 0-2. I have lost even more since then, now comfortably a size 0. I am 5'3". I worked out really hard (running, walking with incline, weights, 30DS and RI 30, among others) and watched my calories.

    Good luck!

Since I signed up here in September I have lost 20lbs.. Start weight 142, now 122.

It's been slow and steady. I walk a few times a week for fitness.

I feel comfortable in my body and energised. My ultimate goal is 118lbs... My pre pregnancy weight

I started at 80kgs, lost 25kg going from a size 14-6. I've now put on a lot more muscle (to compete in bodybuilding) and have changed size simply because my muscles won't fit the same size clothes! I'm not much fatter than when I reached my lowest weight, but I'm 10kg heavier. ( yes the scales are retarded and mess with my head sometimes, but I look nothing like I looked at this weight when I was losing weight originally!)

Darn it, and here I thought I was pretty much done! I'm 5'5" and started at 183 and am currently at 138. My original goal was to hit 140...essentially your start weight!

When I hit my goal weight in October I revised my goal to 130/129. I can't even imagine hitting that number but then again, I didn't think I'd be able to hit 140 when I started last March.

I am in the same boat as you. I am 5'5" and I started at 210lbs and currently 200lbs (well maybe less but weigh in is on Thursday). My goal is to hit 150 which I haven't been since grade 9 or 10 probably. I actually never weighed myself in high school so I don't really know. That is my goal but if I reach it and want to go lower then I will. I want to see pictures of all these 5'5 ladies!!! :D

I'm starting to go through all my photo albums and I'm struggling to find many pics of me before but I've found a few. Tomorrow I'm going to crop some and start taking some current photos.

Good luck with your weight loss! You'll feel great at 150. In fact on a previous diet I had a goal of 140 but stopped at 150 because I felt so good and looked so much better. Unfortunately I don't have a strong grasp on maintaining weight so I gained it all back. :-(
