I am not asking about visalus on if it works or not I have done it before and seen all the stuff and while it did work while I used it - was not ideal for afterwards when I quit BUT
My question is I remember when watching the video it gave all kinds of crazy nutritional facts
saying that you would have to eat all these items to get what one shake gives you

13 eggs? Sooo, in other words they're claiming one shake can provide AT LEAST 78 g. of protein? Do that twice a day? Hell, even I'd go for that kind of a protein shake if that were true  The price is mighty steep, but ... miracle shake!!
I'm leaning towards "full of crap", to put it nicely0 -
I don't even need to read it. It's total nonsense.0

What sort of veggies do you like? I'm extremely picky, myself, but I've found a few ways to "make it work"
I love peas and corn, green beans, carrots. Sometimes broccoli if mixed with alfredo sauce for pasta. Otherwise? BLECH!
So I just make the ones I like and say "bite me" to the rest. I take a multivitamin ... I know CNN and what not have lately said they're useless, but they're cheap enough that it doesn't hurt the wallet, and I'm sure it can't hurt me and might help.
As long as you're hitting your basic macros (carbs, fats and proteins) and keeping things relatively well balanced, you don't really HAVE to be a big veggie eater, contrary to what "my plate" program might say0 -
