Hey, let me start off with a little intro to myself, I graduated in 2012 I was in great shape and very involved in sports. Shortly after school was over I headed off to college and gave up with lifting/working out not far after and later decided I didn't wanna go back next year until I figured out what I wanted to do with my life. Through this depressing times I went from 200 pounds at graduation to a peak of 263 pounds I will be posting update pictures and one day hopefully a transformation video that i will also link to this. My goal is to get to 10-12% body fat so I am doing this as 1-2 pounds a week to maintain as much muscle mass as possible. I will start by showing you how good of shape I was when I graduated.
as you can see, i was never 10-12% bf but you could definitely tell i worked out.
here is the first day I got back in the gym, I don't have shirtless picture but it helps
