VEGAN MEAL PLAN!!

Hey, is there any fellow vegans out there who would like to share their meal plan?

Mine goes something like this (rough idea):

Breakfast: Organic fruit (apples, strawberries, mixed berries, mangos- whatever is in season)
or,
organic oats with dried fruit

Lunch: a vibrant salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, vegan cheese, carrot, and semi cooked quiona (on occasion)
or,
zucchini noodles, in a chickpea tomato sauce

Dinner: zucchini or eggplant topped with tomato's and vegan cheese then grilled.
or,
fruit smoothie with raw vegan sunwarrior vanilla protein powder (this is my FAVORITE!)
or,
a warm vegetable salad with quiona

And Snacks are usually cut up raw veggies with hummus dip

**Note: I'm dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and vegan :)
& everything I eat is also organic!!

    Heres a rough idea of mine is something like this :

    Breakfast: oatmeal and fruit (I tend to get overly relative here)
    Or just straight up fruit

    Lunch: same thing as breakfast
    Smoothie
    Soup
    Or completely omitted because of work

    Dinner: rice/lentils/pasta and veggies
    Rice and beans
    Burritos
    Smoothie
    Salad with lots of veggies and either beans or lentils.

    Snacks:
    Hummus
    Veggies
    Fruit
    Tortilla chips (seriously can't get away from them)
    Sometimes nuts
