support/tips for all around wellness

Hi there! I am looking for friends and support in my weightloss journey. I need to lose over 100 pounds and feel like any tips, support or even sucess stories to inspire me. I am also trying to obtain all around wellness. I've started doing yoga and like to try to get massage atleast once a month. Anyone who has other tips or expirience is greatly appreciated. Feel free to add :-)

Go to bed when you are tired and get enough sleep. When you are sleep deprived, your body tries to create more energy from food. I notice I eat late at night, but I don't need food, I need sleep.0

You just need to go post this around universities everywhere. I don't know how many nights
i have spent up with a coffee in one hand and a muffin in the other. I never really thought of lack of sleep need food (just caffine), but it makes sense, eh?0
