Got good news and that is that I got a new job... Not such good news for my weight loss efforts as my territory is Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Nevada and Kentucky (I live in California). So, I am looking for suggestions of traveling food beyond protein bars and nuts. Any suggestions are much appreciated - thanks!

When I travel I bring along Sunkist tuna pockets/pouches. They're just pouches with Tuna (they make salmon ones). I grab a plastic fork and go to town. 70-80 cals dependant on which fish.
  • I agree I love the Sunkist tuna

I feel your pain! I have to spend a month in Mississippi in july (no way you can go outside to exercise) and two weeks in texas in october for work...let me say that I need to come up with a plan because Mississippi put ten punds on my "need to get rid of " list. I took some nutrisystem food, but my hotel room didn't have a microwave... let me know if you come up with a good plan!
