Crohn's and UC Friendly Recipes Wanted

Since I am a sufferer and am limited on my food choices, I was wondering if there is anyone else out there looking for some good (and filling) recipes or have some to share that don't require salads as the bulk of the meal as they are not our friends most of the time. Fresh vegetables are great for dieters except those of us who can't digest these things normally.

Would love some ideas!!!
