I see a lot of questions about supplements online and just found this to help me! The brands are because the site sells products but I think they different combos (for men and women for muscle growth versus fat loss) are helpful for people who are just learning about supplements and have progressed to a point where they want to start to add in supplements. Hope it helps you!
Combos Female Fat Loss 20-39 Product Guide
Now is the time to make changes that will last for life: to step away from the daily routine and start your journey to the body of your dreams. We've put together a custom-built supplement stack to help you achieve your goal in the fastest possible timeframe.
We'll start with the foundational supplements, which promote best health so you can focus on one thing and one thing only: fat loss! First, you've got Optimum Opti-Women to cover any micronutrient deficiencies left from your diet and provide the right vitamins, minerals, and extra nutrients specific to a woman's needs.
Next up is a whey protein isolate, which is essential for lean muscle. When you're on a fat loss mission, you need to get adequate protein or you might be left with nothing but skin and bones at the end of your journey! 4Ever Fit Fruit Blast - The Isolate is a delicious protein treat that will bump up your protein intake so you can reveal toned, sculpted muscle.
To round off your foundational supplement stack, you've got essential fatty acids. (Don't worry, these are the good fats!) Labrada EFA Lean Gold contains essential fatty acids that support a healthy cardiovascular system, cognitive function, and healthy skin - very important for a girl to look and feel her best!
Now that your foundation is covered, let's talk about getting the best results from your training and dedication. To help keep your energy levels up and fat loss focus peaked, you've got a thermogenic fat burner. Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin will help you stay energized throughout your day, reduce cravings, and support a fat burning metabolism to get lean and mean.
To optimize your fat loss program, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) will be your support weapon to get lean and maintain muscle mass. Primaforce Max CLA will help you maximize results so you can love the way you look and feel.
When you're dieting for fat loss, muscle preservation is key. You don't want to lose fat and be left without any tone! When you train hard, vital amino acids are depleted. Supplementing with SciVation Xtend, which contains branched chain amino acids, is a perfect way to support recovery and lean muscle maintenance.
Last, but certainly not least, are your carbs! Don't listen to the latest low-carb craze - you need the right carbs to stay energized and replenish glycogen (stored energy) after your workouts! Take GENR8 Vitargo S2 (with your protein) after you train to bounce back and begin recovery.
Usage:
To get the most out of your program, let's discuss how to use each of your supplements for great results. Your multivitamin should always be taken with a meal, preferably with breakfast. Your essential fatty acids and CLA will be taken with breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help keep your fat burning peaked all day long.
To add and maintain muscle tissue, protein is the most essential supplement to take. Have a protein shake immediately after training, with your Vitargo S2, to help with recovery and lean muscle.
You can also have protein shakes throughout the day as a healthy meal replacement. Take your fat burner 30 minutes before breakfast, then 6-8 hours later. Just make sure to avoid taking Mitotropin within 4-6 hours of bedtime to prevent sleeplessness. BCAA's aid in recovery, so sip on Xtend while you train.

Sounds like a bunch of chemical concoctions that are not naturally found in food....I'll pass and just keep eating right and exercising.0

I'm with Superman on this one...I prefer chewing healthy food and my workouts0

Well, fish oils are not a "concoction". But I could care less to school you on it.0

I do take the 4 EverFit Whey Protein Isolate. It takes good and the tropical flavor allows the use of water or diet juices without fruit, so I keep the carbs count low. The protein drink helps me to get the amount of protein that I need, and some more, specially after my workout (either morning or afternoon). I also take suplements, including fish oil, to compensate what ever I miss since I am always counting calories.
However, I don't take the other supplements listed in the article. I think that body builders probably do that. Too many things to put in my mouth.0 -
Well, I'm all about Fish oil...but there were some names up there that sounded iffy. I'd like to see the nutritional and ingredient info before making a final judgement.0
