Well, I think my scale at home is broken:grumble: You can step on it ten times and it'll give you around ten different weights. Everybody has a scale at home here( I'm assumeing)

So is there a type or brand of scale that is better. You know price wise, durability, size and such. It would be a big help. Or should I just get whatever type of scale the store has?

Hi, I have a Tanita scale that's quite accurate; I've had it for several years and I'm very happy with it. It also calculates % body fat.

I can't say enough about the Tanita! I've had mine for 10 years and it really does give accurate weight and fat %! I think it was about $100. I may not like the numbers it gives sometimes, but at least I know they're accurate

I do not own one and I will not buy one. I use the one at the gym once a month. I figure they have it checked and it is accurate.
