Back at it again for 2014!

Hello all! Took a 2013 break and now back with better plans, exercise, and outlook for making myself the person I want to be.

Compared with 2012 when I first joined, I am physically able to exercise. I had injuries that really impeded my process before. While I am not 100%, I have the proper tools and instruction to go forward without incurring any other issues (knock on wood).

Food is always a struggle though. This time I am trying a "modified Paleo/vegetarian" type eating plan. In essence I am cutting out dairy, cheese, bread, processed food at the moment. Will probably add them back in small amounts. Right now however I am laying off of them since I need to eat fresh food. I need to get into the habit of fresh veggies and fruits.
