weight loss help

Hi I'm new to this and just started to diet I'm on the keto diet which is hardly any carbs. I'm finding it pretty good I'm feeling full, I have been doing it since 1st January now the 12th and have lost 5 pounds so think that is really well.

I have been thinking of starting The Insanity Workout Just wondered of what you all think?.

1st January 2014 = 13st 13lbs
12th January = 13st 8lbs

I'm 5ft 4inch

Would love all your input and suggestions of what has worked for you and what didn't.
Thanks
Becky

Not cutting out anything I love
Not forcing myself to eat anything I don't love
    Keeping a calorie deficit
Not beating myself up if I go over calories here and there
Not beating myself up in the gym or other exercise venue
Not expecting dramatic losses to be sustained (I lost 11.2 in my first 10 days back but I know that anything more than 1 lb a week is not realistic **FOR ME** based on my current deficit
Not expecting my losses to always be consistent
Not weighing daily - for me it doesn't work well because I can never duplicate conditions anyway since I have such horrid sleep problems and often eat and /or drink water in the middle of the night.

I set realistic goals that are long term. Half a pound a week. Log all my calories, FOR ME I eat my calories back. It motivates me to work harder in my workout if I can eat more. I am not about starving. Have a healthy relationship with food has been the best thing for me. It is not the enemy, over consumption is the real problem.

I know myself, I am an emotional eater. I bought a house and gained 10 pounds back from stress, but I did not get discouraged, I knew I could lose it back.

    Never quit.
