Retaining 1 pound - Help with calories

Hello!
I am trying to figure out why i am retaining about a pound over the last three days.
Thursday i did 20 mins cardio and 40 mins strength training
Friday was a rest day.
Saturday was 60 mins cardio.
I count calories accurately with a scale and stay under 1300 calories a day. (No i don't eat back excercise cals because i see weight increases when i do), Last month i lost 8 pounds and this month the weight isn't falling off as easily. How do i know if i am one of those people that would actually do better at a higher calorie intake.
The last two days i have noticed i am retaining a pound, but i don't know why. I did consume less calories in the morning on both Friday and Saturday to save up for going out. (Which i didn't end up doing) So i ate back the cals at home. Is this starvation mode?
Any thoughts appreciated.

It's not starvation mode.
Weight fluctuates on a bajillion factors. Salt intake, water intake, hormones, exercise, etc.
Monitor it for two weeks and see what happens.0 -
Weight fluctuates day to day & throughout the day. With only 20 lbs. to lose, your goal should be set to lose .5 lbs. per week. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants0
