Jillian Michaels 6 wk 6 pack - anyone done it?

So, mom has bought the box set, I fancy doing something different on the day between running (doing every other day atm until the fitness is back).

Has anyone done this programme? How did you find it?

    I have never done 6 wk 6 pack, but I have done 3 of her other videos - 30 day shred, ripped in 30 and her Yoga one. If you follow what she says you WILL see results. I did 30 day shred all at level 1 and even tho I still have fat covering my muscles I now have definition in my arms and I can totally feel my abs. I for one, really like her workouts! Good Luck

    I have it but don't use it consistently. It is a killer workout though. My obliques are always on fire the next day.

    I do a combination of her workouts. I tried her 6 week 6 pack about 2 years ago, i just tried to jump right into it and it was really tough for me, i found it a lot easier to start up this time after i had been doing the 30 day shred and ripped in 30 for a few months. Her videos do work ( as long as you arent pigging out in between tapes) ;) ive noticed definition in my abs, legs and arms in the few months i have been doing it, definitely muscle that was not there before.

    Give it a try, her work outs are intense, but effective. good luck. =)

    I did it after I did 30DS and it nearly killed me the first few days of each level. I did it for 3 weeks on each level and got good results. My core strength increased dramatically. The only thing was that it got very boring after about a week on a level! Now I do it inbetween other workouts. Actually forgot about that one for a while, but started including it again about 2 weeks ago and I nearly died again when I did level 1!
