hey! i just joined this site today and am so inspired by you all! i love reading the success stories, they give me such inspiration! i am currently in the health bmi range but want to lose about 10lbs. i am short (5'3) so i would like to be in my 120's again. downloaded the app today at work on my iphone and love how easy it is to use. also, increasing my daily water intake. any suggestions on how to cut down my major sweet tooth cravings??? lol! i am also trying to stop drinking diet coke....i usually have 1 every morning. how about coffee? i don't think i could give that up. i drink about 120z of coffee with fat free creamer about 2-3x/week. hmmm....oh yes, what about lunches? i am so bad at preparing them. today, i had a 100 cal of chips and that is all. any good snacks to bring? thanks everyone for all your help:)

Welcome, I just joined today too. You sound like me with the diet coke and sweet tooth addictions! I have about 28 pounds I want to lose but really....any amount is a battle. So, I am hoping that being accountable for everything I eat and making healthier changes will work!0
