I've gained about 40 lbs in the last 3 years
trying to catch my self before this becomes a trend. I work at a desk job. Not much activity. Just a bit of treadmill or yoga at home. I'm super-motivated though and determined to change my eating habits for good. The food logging has been a real eye-opener for me in terms of how much I was snacking before(a LOT;). Hope to find some friends to stay motivated. Cheers!
