So surprised!

So 10 days ago I started tracking my calories and eating more vegetables. I haven't exercised a whole lot, just some short walks and went hiking one day but I've lost 8 lbs since starting moslty by just chaning what I eat! That's awesome and crazy. I've always known nutrition and exercise were important but I was surprised how much changing your food intake had an effect. I'm excited to keep moving forward and adding more exercise!

    Awesome!!!! Keep up the good work. You'll find that it becomes motivating to pick more healthful options for at least some of your meals!
