I feel really good about my diet and my knowledge as far as lifting goes and am really happy about my progress i've made..but i heard of this workout plan http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-intro.html and the diet and workout style are a bit different than how i train/eat that i think it could be a good way to stimulate quick change by having a severely different workout methodology and diet that i'm on now.

I bought all the food (it tells you what kind of diet to use) and i'm starting day 1 today and will log all my food and workouts as i go though it. I plan to add a little more cardio and probably an extra AB workout as i think this could use it..but other than that i'm going to stick with it.

So if anyone else wants to start it and discuss your progress/questions through out it feel free to add/msg me.

  • I've been through it twice before man. im starting it again on monday to cut 30-40lbs.
    I'll post in here daily to keep myself accountable.

    im easing into it to start strict on monday again.
