What should I be eating?

Let's say I'm sedentary to save confusion.
I'm 19

118 pounds
Goal: 105 pounds or so.

I worked out my BMR and then I got told about TDEE which all explanations confuse me.
So can anyone tell me what calories I can eat to maintain and how many to lose?

I'm aiming for a pound loss a week (will reassess BMR etc as I lose weight and I am starting the gym in a few weeks)
